The Freeport Town Council has adopted the
Town of Freeport Emergency Ordinance: Temporary Suspension of Certain Ordinance Standards
To Safely Accommodate Expanded Outdoor Business Activities due to COVID-19

This Ordinance was adopted 5/19/2020 and in effect for 60 days, unless otherwise repealed or extended by the Council.

 An application and handout are available for people who wish to apply for changes.  There is no fee for the permit and it can be submitted electronically to permits@freeportmaine.com. More information may be found on the Town's website and Facebook pages.
